Refund Policy
Due to the digital and intangible nature of our products, as well as their instantaneous delivery, all sales are considered final. No refund can be granted once a license key has been generated or viewed, or a file has been downloaded.
Requests for cancellation or refund are not accepted in the event of an account ban, lack of technical knowledge necessary to use the product, or incompatibility with your configuration. It is your responsibility to check the technical prerequisites before any purchase.
Exceptions
If a provided license key proves to be invalid or defective upon delivery due to an error in our system, you must contact our support within 24 hours via Discord or our ticket system, providing valid proof.
In this case, no financial refund will be issued. A replacement product may only be offered after verification.
